As someone who owns a small business I often feel this country is not built to help us succeed.
I bought an advertising package through Supermedia (sometimes known as Super Pages or Idearc Media) and they fell way short of their promise. Even though they offer a super guarantee, they could not really do anything to help me out. In fact, in took two months of phone calls, letters and e-mails to cancel my account. Today the operator could not figure out how to put me on hold and it cost me another thirty minutes of my time.
I also received my new Aetna Health Insurance premium in the mail today. It went up another ten percent this year and has doubled in the last three years.
